Junket is back!

Frequently Asked Questions

JUNKET IS A NON ANIMAL BASED ENZYME POWDER WITH MANY USES

1. Is Junket powder the same as the junket tablets?
Yes exactly the same ingredients but not pressed into tablet form

2. Why is it only plain and not flavoured powder? I liked my flavoured junket for dessert.
Junket powder is a versatile product and used not only for dessert but also in cheese making. Adding flavourings to the powder in the  manufacture process would lead to a more expensive powder and would not give the same variety of dessert available by adding your own flavourings.

3. Can I get Simply Junket powder in shops?
Yes Simply Junket is going into small supermarkets and independent grocers such as IGA, Foodland and Health Food Stores.

4. Can I use Simply Junket powder for travel sickness like I did with the tablets ?
Yes you can : Just dissolve 1/8 teaspoon of junket powder in a little water and drink.
Junket powder is also good for pets travel sickness

5. Will tablets return to the shops ?

No Junket tablets are no longer made in Australia

6. I have heard there are many uses for junket powder other than dessert making. Can you tell some of these uses?
