Simply Junket is a company of equal partnership formed in October 2006 by 6 ladies who had worked together with junket in various ways for a number of years at the same factory . Simply Junket is now owned by 2 of the ladies

 Julie          Home Economist - Junket powder guru

Julie has worked with junket for 20 years with a small break off to have a baby. She has been the resident home economist,  junket taster and machine operator for most of this time. Julie is now junket powder maker, tester and in charge of all production matters.

Lee            Accounting - IT

Lee has worked in the financial and accounting sector for 21 years at the same place and is the IT co-ordinator and finacial and accounting member of the team, also sales person for Simply Junket
